Clubhouse Coordinator / Bartender
Edwardsville Gun Club is looking for a dependable, cheerful, outgoing person to assist with clubhouse operations and help keep day-to-day club activities running smoothly on a part-time basis.
Pay: $16.00 per hour
Regular Schedule:
- Thursday: 9:30 AM–5:00 PM
- Saturday: 10:30 AM–5:30 PM
- Sunday: 10:30 AM–5:30 PM
Additional hours may be available for leagues, shoots, special events and other club activities.
Responsibilities include:
- Open and close the clubhouse
- Tend bar and provide friendly service to members and guests
- Handle cash and clubhouse sales
- Receive deliveries
- Assist members, guests and visitors with questions
- Help keep the day's activities organized and moving
We're looking for someone who:
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Is dependable and comfortable working independently
- Enjoys working with people
- Can manage several things at once when the club gets busy
- Has good communication and organizational skills
- Can learn club procedures, rules and day-to-day operations
Valid BASSET certification required, or must be completed upon hire.
Previous experience in bartending, customer service, clubhouses or events is helpful, but we're most interested in finding someone dependable and upbeat who can take ownership of the job and keep things running smoothly.
Hours may vary depending on the season, leagues, shoots and scheduled club events.
Employment may be subject to drug testing in accordance with club policy.
